VENUE
The meeting will be held in Sant Cugat del Vallés, just outside Barcelona.

The meeting room will be at the ESADE Creapolis. It is modern complex of meeting rooms and innovation firms, on the outskirts of the campus of the ESADE in Barcelona. (ESADE is an international business school, very high up in the list of several in international rankings.)

Accommodation will be at the Roberto de Nobili Residence Hall. It is a brand new residence centre (was inaugurated on the 4th of January, 2010), mainly for students at ESADE. The rooms offer very high standard and have Wi-Fi. The rate per night is fairly cheap (45 EUR per night for a single room) and if someone wishes to do some touristing and arrive a few days early/stay a bit longer (at your own expense)  it is should be no problem to book extra nights.

The Creapolis and Residence Hall are just a few hundred meters apart, and located on the very outskirts of the town, at the brim of Collserola Natural Park.

PARTICIPATION
As usual, SUPPORT covers the funding for 1 representative per partner organization. If you wish to send more persons or, you need to confirm with Astrid Sandås. The same goes if you are a member and would like some financial support.

TRAVEL
By public transport:
If you arrive at Barcelona airport (El Prat), you take a bus from Terminal 1 to Plaça de Catalunya in central Barcelona.
Take a train from Plaça de Catalunya to Sant Cugat del Vallés.
Take a taxi from the train station in Sant Cugat del Vallés to the residence hall

Taxi:
If you want to avoid Barcelona city centre and having to change transport systems, you can also take a taxi from the airport to the residence halls. If so – it is of course always best to share the taxi with an other SUPPORT colleague (which is one of the reasons why we ask for arrival times).
 

Programme and practical details will come later. Needless to say – this will be an important meeting in summing up the outcomes of the whole SUPPORT project.
