Global Mapping of Biodiversity - Electronic conference in September
Please note the following Electronic Conference which could be interesting if there could be a role for school networks to contribute to the data collection. Most of us will be busy at Helsinki while the electronic conference is going on though!
THIS IS THE INVITATION FROM THE ORGANISERS:
Electronic Conference announcement: “European contribution to GEO BON” 1st – 5th September 2008
Dear colleagues,
Welcome to the electronic conference “European contribution to GEO BON” which will run from the 1st – 5th September 2008. The results of this electronic conference will be presented at the Biostrat workshop in Cegléd, Hungary, on the 25th – 27th September 2008.
The main objectives of the workshop are to:
- discuss a strategy to support the implementation of the conceptual approach for GEO BON at the European scale
