Welcome to the registration form for the conference Partnership and participation for a sustainable tomorrow: Continuing the UN Decade of ESD which will take place 30 Aug - 1 Sep, 2010 in Bergen, Norway.

Please complete the registration form below and press "Submit". You will receive an e-mail receipt of your registration with all your submitted data.

Accommodation
In the form below, you can choose whether you want a room to be reserved for you at Scandic hotel or not.
The organizers can only guarantee rooms at Scandic for registrations made by August 23rd.

Share a double room?
If you wish to share a room with someone, you need to fill out the person's name and e-mail address. (You may also ask for a shared room with a conference participant of the same sex.)

Conference fee and meals package

The conference fee (€ 300) and conference meal package (€ 192) is a total of € 492 EUR

This includes:
- All conference materials
- Access to all conference and works sessions
- Poster space in poster exhibition
- Lunch Monday - Wednesday
- Coffee/tea in all breaks

Dinners on Monday Aug 30th and Tuesday Aug 31st are hosted by Bergen Municipality and the Directorate of Education and Training.

A welcome dinner buffet on Sunday August 29th, starting at 19.00, can be added at 38 EUR.

Accomodation

If you register by August 23rd, the conference organizers can reserve a room for you at Scandic Bergen City Hotel, the conference venue, at the special rates below.

- A single room is NOK 1190 per night.
- A shared double room (with twin beds) is NOK 670 per person per night.

All rooms are non-smoking, and prices include breakfast. You will pay your room bill directly to the hotel at check out (credit card or cash). The hotel only operates with Norwegian Kroner (NOK). (1 EUR is about 7.7 NOK - but ask your bank or see e.g. www.oanda.com for current rates.)
