Accommodation

Accommodation is conveniently organized at Scandic Bergen City Hotel, the conference venue. Participants registering by July 16th are guaranteed a room at Scandic. If you wish to organize your own accommodation, you simply state this in the registration form.

Share room?

There is also the option to book a shared double room. If you wish to share the room with a colleague or friend, you need to state this person's name and e-mail address when filling out the registration form. You may also ask the conference organizers to reserve a shared room for you with an other conference participant of the same sex.

Rates

Reservations at Scandic Bergen City Hotel, made by the conference organizers, for registrations made by July 16th, will be at the following special rates:

- A single room is NOK 1190 per night.
- A shared double room (with separate twin beds) is NOK 670 per person per night.

All rooms are non-smoking, and prices include breakfast. You will pay your room bill directly to the hotel at check out (credit card or cash).

The hotel only operates with Norwegian Kroner (NOK). (1 NOK is about 0.13 NOK, or 1 EUR is about 7.7 NOK. Please, ask your bank or see e.g. www.oanda.com for current rates.)
