ORGANIZERS: the SUPPORT project, the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training and the Municipality of Bergen
FEE: The conference fee (€ 300) and conference meals package (€ 237) is a total of € 537 EUR. This includes:
- Conference materials
- Access to all conference and works sessions
- Poster space in poster exhibition
- Coffee/tea during conference breaks
- Lunch Tuesday to Friday
- Dinner Tuesday, April 20th at the Hanseatic wharf "Bryggen" (hosted by the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training)
- Dinner Thursday, April 22nd, at "Fløybanen" (hosted by Bergen Municipality)
Dinners on Monday and Wednesday night are not included in the basic meals package, but can be added at EUR 35 each.

Accommodation
The organizers can make the hotel reservation for you if you submit the registration form by March 1st.

PROGRAMME
There will be keynotes by leading experts in the field of ESD and competencies needed for the future. There will also be thematic sessions to explore various ESD-related themes and task force sessions to develop messages and priorities for various actors.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
The conference fee and meals package should be paid to the account below by March 31st.
You will receive a receipt of the payment on arrival to the conference. (If you need an invoice to make the payment, please notify us by e-mail: eu-support@umb.no .)
Note that you pay for the accommodation directly to the hotel (by cash or credit card) at check out.
The amount to be paid depends on your choice of optional dinners, as listed in the registration form. (See the registration receipt which you should have received after submitting your registration form.)

Weather
Weather is a hot topic in Bergen - or perhaps one should say a wet one? The rainiest months are usually in the autumn however, while the weather in April can be anything from sunny 20 centigrades to chilly 0. Average temperatures towards the end of April should be somewhere around 5-10 degrees Celsius.
